Chemical ingredient company, engaged in manufacturing of intermediates for API for chemicals.

Our solution

Economy studied their requirement and replaced the Ejectors with correctly sized dry vacuum pump systems and Booster System.

Benefits

The process time got reduced increasing productivity, Solvent recovery was possible adding to increased efficiency. In addition maintenance  and Utility cost was reduced. More importantly effluent generation of the earlier ejectors was completely eliminated.
